The difference is the level of detail. Standard cleaning is regular home maintenance — dusting, bathrooms, kitchen, floors, and trash. Deep cleaning includes everything in standard cleaning plus detailed areas like baseboards, doors, fans, vents, inside windows, and extra scrubbing to remove buildup and grime.
It depends on your lifestyle. Most families benefit from bi-weekly cleanings to maintain a consistently clean home. Busy households with kids or pets often prefer weekly service. If you're a single professional who travels often, monthly might be enough. We'll help you figure out what works best.
Yes — we bring everything! We arrive fully equipped with all professional-grade cleaning products and equipment. You don't need to provide anything. If you prefer we use specific products you have at home (eco-friendly, fragrance-free, etc.), just let us know and we'll accommodate that.

Absolutely. We specialize in Airbnb and short-term rental turnovers across Miami-Dade and Broward County. We handle full cleaning between guests, linen changes, restocking of toiletries, and a final walkthrough to make sure everything looks guest-ready. Your listing will consistently earn 5-star cleanliness ratings.
We do ask for a $50 deposit to secure your booking. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask for at least 48 hours' notice — if you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, the deposit is non-refundable. Life happens and we understand, so please reach out as early as possible and we'll always do our best to work with you.
Yes! Recurring customers on weekly or bi-weekly plans receive a 20% discount on every cleaning. Your home stays consistently clean and you save more the more you book. Ask us about setting up your recurring plan.
We take great care in every home we enter. In the unlikely event that something is damaged, we are fully insured and will take responsibility immediately. Please notify us within 24 hours of your cleaning and we'll resolve it promptly and professionally.
Tipping is never required, but it is always appreciated by our team! If your cleaner did an exceptional job, a tip of $10–$20 is a wonderful way to show your appreciation. You can tip in cash directly or let us know and we can add it to your invoice.
Not much is needed! We recommend tidying up personal items and clutter so our team can focus on actually cleaning. Putting away dishes, picking up clothes off the floor, and letting us know about any areas to avoid or pay special attention to makes the clean even more effective.
We use professional-grade products that are effective and safe. If you prefer eco-friendly, non-toxic, or fragrance-free products — especially if you have young children, pets, or allergies — just tell us when you book and we'll make it happen.

Start with ceiling fans and shelves, work your way down to counters and floors last. Dust and debris fall downward — if you mop first, you'll just have to do it again.
Spray your bathroom surfaces, toilet, and stovetop — then wait 2–3 minutes before wiping. This gives the product time to break down grease and bacteria, making your job much easier.
Microfiber traps dust and bacteria at a microscopic level. Paper towels just push dirt around. For mirrors and stainless steel in particular, microfiber is the difference between streaky and spotless.
Our climate makes bathrooms and kitchens prone to mold and mildew. Run exhaust fans during and after showers, wipe down wet surfaces daily, and clean grout monthly to prevent buildup.
Spend 10 minutes each evening putting things back in place, wiping down kitchen surfaces, and doing a quick bathroom wipe. This one habit prevents hours of deep cleaning later.
This combination creates toxic chloramine fumes. Many all-purpose cleaners contain ammonia. Always read labels and never mix cleaning products — stick to one at a time and rinse between applications.
Schedule a quick fridge wipe-down the day before you grocery shop, when it's most empty. Toss expired items, wipe shelves, and wipe the door seal where bacteria loves to hide.

Apply a paste of baking soda and water directly onto the grout lines, then spray white vinegar on top — it'll fizz and lift the grime. Scrub with a stiff-bristled grout brush (never a metal brush — it damages the grout). For stubborn stains, use an oxygen-bleach cleaner like OxiClean mixed with water. Let it sit 10 minutes, then scrub and rinse. Seal the grout every 6–12 months to prevent future staining.
Remove the racks and soak them in hot soapy water in the sink. Inside the oven, apply a thick layer of baking soda mixed with water into a paste, avoiding the heating elements. Leave it overnight (or at least 4 hours). Wipe it out with a damp cloth, then spray white vinegar to react with any remaining baking soda and wipe clean. For commercial ovens or heavy grease buildup, use a degreaser like Easy-Off. Never use steel wool — it scratches the enamel.
Marble is a porous, acid-sensitive stone. Never use vinegar, bleach, lemon juice, or any acidic cleaner — they will etch and permanently dull the surface. Use only a pH-neutral stone cleaner (like StoneTech or Black Diamond) diluted in warm water. Mop with a soft microfiber mop, wring it almost dry before use, and dry the floor immediately after — standing water damages marble. Re-seal marble floors every 6–12 months with a stone sealer to protect against stains.
Never mop a floor that hasn't been swept or vacuumed first. Mopping over loose dirt, dust, and debris just turns it into muddy streaks that grind into the floor. The correct order: (1) sweep or vacuum all dry debris, including corners and baseboards, (2) then mop with a damp (not soaking wet) mop using the appropriate cleaner for your floor type. For large areas, a vacuum is more effective than a broom because it picks up fine dust instead of redistributing it.
This is one of the most important hygiene rules in any home. Bathroom surfaces contain bacteria like E. coli and mold. Using the same cloth in the kitchen — where food is prepared — cross-contaminates surfaces and creates a health risk. Use color-coded microfiber cloths: one color for bathrooms, a different color for the kitchen, another for general surfaces. Wash all cloths in hot water (60°C/140°F) after each use. Never reuse a cloth that touched a toilet without washing it first.
The best streak-free combination: 70% isopropyl rubbing alcohol or a glass cleaner like Windex, applied with a clean microfiber cloth or a lint-free cloth. Avoid paper towels — they leave fibers. Spray the cloth, not the mirror directly (overspray causes drips). Wipe in an S-pattern from top to bottom. For exterior windows, clean on a cloudy day — direct sunlight dries the product too fast and leaves streaks. Never use ammonia-based cleaners on tinted windows or mirrored shower doors — they can damage the coating.
